Botswana Technical Training

DWR Distribution in conjunction with Audio Architects takes pleasure in inviting you to attend Technical Training at Botswana Craft. Basic Rigging training will be held on 6 March while a course focused on LED Screens will take place on 7 March. The event concludes with a small product demonstration.

Jaques Pretorius from South African based DWR Distribution will present the Basic Rigging Session. When it comes to rigging and building stages, safety should be the priority. Jaques will provide practical insight from calculations to the correct use of rigging, hardware, shackles, steel wire ropes, trussing, endless rounds and chains.

The LED Screen Training will be presented by DWR’s Dylan Jones.  Delegates can look forward to an intro to LED screen technology, redundancy configuration, troubleshooting issues and on the practical side, reticulation and rigging.

Everyone is welcome to attend the DWR demonstration to be held on 7 March from 3:30 – 5 pm.

The cost is P300 per person per course and includes a light lunch. The demo is free of charge.
