DWR Distribution was commissioned to supply and install an Absen KL II series 2.5mm pixel pitch screen along with an L-Acoustics A10 system and DiGiCo Quantum 225 digital mixing console package to Spirit Revelation Church in Cape Town.
The church’s existing Absen DW3 centre screen was split and repositioned to either side of the stage – each side screen consists of 48 panels. The new Absen KL II series takes centre stage with 252 panels creating an 11,5m wide by 5m high wall at 4K resolution. This brings the Absen panel count to 348 panels. The installation, which was headed by DWR’s Bruce Riley, includes Magnimage MIG-EC90, Novastar MCTRL4K and NovaStar CVT4K.
