DWR Distribution was thrilled to welcome Della Leung and Gary Guo from Magnimage, a company known for its video switchers and other great products, to South Africa! Magnimage has rapidly gained traction in the country, with products such as the MIG EC90, W4000 and W2000 in high demand and currently in stock—though not for long!
This was Della’s first trip to South Africa as a Sales Representative, and she was accompanied by Gary, who specialises in technical support.
“They came to support us and meet some of our clients, and the visit was incredibly helpful,” said Bruce Riley, Technical Director at DWR. “Gary spent time working with our technician team, Tyler Pugin and Dylan Jones, walking through different solutions and repairs, which will ultimately improve our communication and processes.”
Dylan Jones, who manages the Magnimage brand at DWR, added, “The visit was exceptionally constructive. Della and Gary met with clients and freelancers, gathered positive feedback, and were also open to suggestions. Even though it’s a busy season in the country, we connected with several companies, and Della looks forward to returning in the not-too-distant future.”
Magnimage offers a solution specifically designed for system integrators, staging companies, rental firms, and similar industries. Dylan comments, “The response since we launched this range has been excellent and I have to say it has been a pleasure working with the Magnimage team. In response to the growing demand for LED screens flooding the market, DWR provides the Magnimage MIG-EC90 4K Seamless Switcher LED Video Processor Console, along with the Magnimage LED-W2000 Series 4K/2K LED Video Processor, among other products. Our goal is to continually enhance usability, making equipment easier to handle.”
