The KLOTZ modular interface system MIS has been successfully used in the market for many years. The structural basis of the MIS is the robust 19″ module frame. On a width of 19″ (84 HP), various 2 RU MIS modules can be mounted as desired, both at the front and at the rear.
At the request of our customers from the theatre and event industry, we have now added two practical features to our modular interface system.
The new module frames with a depth of 350 mm now offer the possibility to mount the high-quality KLOTZ & Lundahl transformer split modules centrally. This facilitates internal cabling and also saves space at the front and rear of the frame. Thus, the overall height of the system can be reduced – allowing for more free space in the rack.
In addition to the established 16-channel grid for XLR connectors (4x 21 HP module), a 12-channel grid (3x 28 HP module) can now also be realised. This means that there is now more space available per XLR connector for handling and labelling.
Fast, flexible and very easy to handle – a clear advantage, especially for professional stage cabling, where time equals money!
