Kara II System Practical training

Become a K-System Technician! DWR Distribution invites you to recognize the standard configurations of the benchmark Kx system and gain hands-on experience rigging and listening to them. Join Richard Smith on 18 April from 9 am to 5 pm at Eventech in Centurion.

Interested delegates are required to have L-Acoustics System & Workflow or System Fundamentals certification. Please also note that the full day training includes a certification test.

Learning Objectives

• Identify the components of a Kara II system
• Know the standard Kara II loudspeaker configurations
• Mount and rig a Kara II system
• Cable a Kara II loudspeaker system

Prerequisites: System & Workflow course certification & Technical English

Duration:                     7 hours (8 hours when including lunch)

Participants:                12 maximum

Teaching methods:     Presentation, demonstration, practical workshop

Languages:                  Session delivered in English and Material written in technical English

Certification:               Attendance to the session. Participation in practical exercises.

Earned Benefit

Upon completion, the participant is granted with a Certificate and a 1-year account activation/extension on the online L-Acoustics Education platform. In the platform, the membership to the Kara II System group opens access to: – Always up-to-date Kara II System material in the Learning center – Forum gathering all the Kara II System certified learners and instructors

The cost is R250 per person and includes a light lunch.
