Cape Town Basic Rigging Training

Please join DWR Distribution for a Basic Rigging Course in Cape Town presented by Robert Izzett at the Cape Audio College in Observatory. The two-day workshop will be held on 29 and 30 March 2022.
The course aims to equip delegates with the rigging laws applied in South Africa according to SANS 10366. Robert will provide practical insight from calculations to the correct use of rigging, hardware, shackles, steel wire ropes, trussing, endless rounds and chains.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the following protocols will be adhered to:
- Delegates to please report to reception where you will be directed to the venue.
- Screening and logging of each participant
- Masks must be worn during the course
- Parking off campus in surrounding area
Delegates are requested to pay R600 per person which will be refunded on completion of the course. Cancellations should please be made 48 hours in advance to secure your refund.
You are welcome to bring your own lunch or purchase snacks from the onsite kiosk.
