Lighting Fundamentals Workshop, JHB

Please join lighting designer, Michael Taylor-Broderick for the Lighting Fundamentals Training taking place on 6 June from 9 am to 4 pm at DWR Distribution in Johannesburg.

This workshop is perfect for lighting technicians, young up and coming designers or simply those interested in lighting. Whether you have some prior knowledge or are starting from scratch, this course will inspire you!

Lighting Positions and Angles

Design Principles

Understanding colour in light

Controllable properties of light

Lighting fixture overview

Cost: The cost is R250 per person and includes a light lunch and refreshments. Please note that refunds are not available for courses. If your course registration is cancelled, at least 72 hours in advance, you’ll receive a credit for the paid fees, usable for re-registration or rescheduling within one year from the initial course cancellation date. Not showing up without notice does not qualify for the rescheduling credit.

Location: The training will be held at DWR Distribution, Block C, Unit 1, Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laserpark, Honeydew.
