
A specialised Network Training Course, led by Kyle Freemantle, will take place at DWR Distribution in Johannesburg on 4 and 5 September from 9am to 5pm.
In the world of live events, maintaining a stable and reliable network is essential. This requires careful planning of network topology, VLANs, redundancy, and switch configuration—ensuring seamless connectivity for audio, lighting, video, and other integrated systems. This course goes beyond the basics of network management, offering in-depth, practical training on advanced concepts such as VLAN setup, real-time network monitoring, and optimised protocol handling for DMX, Art-Net, and sACN.

The course will be hosted at DWR Distribution, Block C, Unit 1, Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laserpark, Honeydew.
