Join lighting designer Michael Taylor-Broderick as he presents Lighting Fundamentals training on 27 September from 9 am to 4 pm in Cape Town. The course will be hosted at the Cape Audio College in Observatory; everyone interested is welcome to attend.
This engaging lighting workshop is a reminder that no matter what genre or stage you are lighting, whehter for a church, corporate event or theatrical performance, the basic rules remain the same.

- The Lighting Chain – from power to stage light
- Lighting Terminology
- Understanding Lighting Fixtures
- Controllable properties of light
- Colour Temperature
The course will be hosted at the Cape Audio College, Unit 8B, Waverley Business Park, 48 Dane Street, Observatory, Cape Town.
The cost is R200 (non-refundable). Kindly note, the college has an on-site kiosk for eats and refreshments.
