DWR Distribution invites you to attend L-Acoustics Soundvision Training presented by Richard Smith on 23 February from 9 am to 4 pm at DWR Distribution. Discover the advanced L-Acoustics software functionalities for 3D venue modelling, system simulation, and line source optimization. Kindly note that the course is limited to 12 people and participants are required to have already attended and passed the L-Acoustics System & Workflow course.
Learning Objectives
- Know the functionalities of the Soundvision software
- Design simple venues and loudspeaker system layouts
- Understand how to create advanced 3D room models
- Understand quality indicators and autosolvers for optimized source design

Prerequisites
- L-Acoustics certification: System & Workflow or System Fundamentals
- Experience in live sound reproduction
- Technical English
Required equipment
- Computer with a mouse
- Latest version of Soundvision installed
- Notepad and pen
The course will be hosted at DWR Distribution, Block C, Unit 1, Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laserpark, Honeydew.
The cost is R250 per person and includes a light lunch and refreshments.
