Master the configuration, control, and monitoring of a L-Acoustics system from the source output to the loudspeaker inputs at a training session presented by Richard Smith on 25 May at DWR Distribution. Delegates wishing to participate are required to have L-Acoustics certification: System & Workflow or System Fundamentals.

- Identify the components and functionalities of the L-Acoustics drive system within the audio chain
- Implement the drive system hardware so that it is ready for calibration and operation
- Use LA Network manager software for the control and monitoring of the L-Acoustics drive system
- Understand the AVB-Milan audio distribution framework

Required equipment
- Computer with a mouse
- Latest version of Soundvision and LA Network Manager installed
- Notepad and pen
The course will be hosted at DWR Distribution, Block C, Unit 1, Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laserpark, Honeydew.
The cost is R200 per person and includes a light lunch and refreshments.
