Integrated Systems Europe in Barcelona proved to be a great success for KLOTZ AIS this year.
During the exhibition days, they presented their latest for professional signal transmission to a broad and highly interested audience.

CAT7 / 110 Ohm + Power Hybrid Cables: HC71PC25 & HD01PC25
KLOTZ AIS mobile hybrid cables combine clean and stable signal transmission with exceptional durability. Depending on type, they integrate multiple high-quality audio, digital, video, network, and power lines into a single cable.
The HC71PC25 CAT7 + Power and the HD01PC25 1x Digital 110 Ohm + Power – are no exception. Both replace several individual cables for audio and network applications with one ultra-compact hybrid solution.
The HC71PC25 was specifically designed for use in digital audio networks. In addition to a CAT7 line, it features an integrated 3 x 2.5 mm² power cable, enabling the connection of modern, computer-controlled devices and systems. The CAT7 network line (up to 10 Gbit) supports all common network protocols such as Dante™, ArtNet®, MA-Net, and many more. Thanks to the double shielding of the network pair, reliable signal transmission is ensured even over long distances.
The HD01PC25 was developed for audio and DMX applications. It reliably transmits analog audio signals as well as digital AES/EBU and DMX signals. The double-shielded 110 Ohm signal pair (2 x 0.22 mm²) guarantees stable transmission over long distances, even in environments with high electromagnetic interference. The cable is complemented by a robust integrated 3 x 2.5 mm² power line. An additional drain wire also simplifies termination with XLR or TRS connectors.
Both new hybrid cables feature a highly flexible soft PVC outer jacket and, thanks to their rugged construction, are ideally suited for demanding live applications.
KLOTZ CATLink TRUSS
CATLink TRUSS 2x 4-Channel Audio / DMX Stageboxes
With KLOTZ CATLink products, four analog audio signals (mic/line), eight digital audio signals (4x AES/EBU), or four DMX/MIDI signals can be transmitted reliably over distances of up to 100 m using a single overall-shielded network cable.
The stageboxes of the CATLink TRUSS series are the go-to solution whenever professional performance is required. They offer maximum flexibility and enable fast setup and teardown in demanding live environments. Whether used as a compact sub-stagebox or as part of a complete multicore system, KLOTZ CATLink TRUSS stageboxes are ideal for signal routing between stage, FOH, and sub-mixers.
The rugged aluminum housing, equipped with non-slip rubber feet and laser-engraved labeling, is built to withstand tough stage conditions. Four mounting eyes and an M10 thread allow easy attachment to trusses – including mounting via a Manfrotto Super Clamp. For connection, KLOTZ recommend using an overall-shielded network cable (e.g., KLOTZ RC5EE) to ensure a common ground across all four channels.
They have now expanded the CATLink TRUSS series with two new 2×4-channel audio stageboxes (CLAES44T-X33F, CLAES44T-X3M3F) and one 2×4-channel DMX version (CLDMX44T-X55F).

Energy Fanout Boxes for Broadcast Applications – 6 or 8 Channels
The EBI..H and EBO..H Energy Fan IN and Fan OUT adapter boxes are specifically designed to meet the demands of the live event industry and television production, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
They feature high-quality Harting HAN 16ES connectors with metal coupling housings and are available with 8 x Schuko rubber plugs or sockets (Schuko sockets optionally for DE or FR/BE), allowing the eight discrete 16 A circuits to feed into – or be extracted from – an 8-channel Energy Multicore (EMC8HMFT).
The boxes use premium, waterproof TITANEX® H07RNF rubber-sheathed cable with a conductor cross-section of 3 x 2.5 mm², ensuring reliable operation even under extreme conditions.
All KLOTZ Energy fanouts feature an ultra-light, impact- and scratch-resistant housing made from environmentally friendly recycled PE on the multipin side. This innovative material offers high temperature resistance, excellent weather resistance, and chemical durability. An M10 thread and integrated eyelet for safety cables allow secure rigging.

KLOTZ SMPTE distribution
CAM SMPTE 311M Distribution Box: SMPTE – Single-Mode Fiber
The SMPTE distribution boxes of the CAM-DB1 series allow SMPTE-311M hybrid cables to be conveniently adapted to conventional single-mode fiber (SMF) connections. Users benefit from maximum flexibility, as the CAM-DB1 is available on the output side with all common fiber optic connectors:
EDW, FXW, ST, LC, opticalCON, or SmartBeam connectors are optionally available, allowing the CAM-DB1 to be seamlessly integrated into virtually any existing fiber optic infrastructure.
Wherever standard fiber optic cables are used for transmitting video, audio, or data signals, the KLOTZ CAM Distribution Box proves to be the ideal solution.
The extruded aluminum housing easily withstands strong mechanical stress, making it perfectly suited for demanding outdoor use. Both the connectors and the robust housing are even waterproof to IP68 when mated. Using screws on the bottom of the housing, the SMPTE box can be securely mounted during live operation.

KLOTZ LP164XY1S eXtreme Speaker Multicore for Live Use
The pre-assembled KLOTZ LP164XY1S eXtreme 16-Channel Speaker Multicore was specifically developed for multi-amplifier systems and is 100% compatible with all speaker multicore cables using Socapex connectors. As a high-end solution in the speaker domain, it reliably transmits audio signals over long distances even in demanding live-use scenarios, delivering the highest quality. It can replace up to two 8-channel speaker lines, significantly reducing setup and teardown time.
The LP164XY1S eXtreme series is based on the high-quality LSC1640YS cable: an extremely robust 16-channel multicore with 16 strands of bare copper wire (Class 6), each with a conductor cross-section of 4.0 mm², and a cold-resistant PVC outer jacket. An additional Vectran™ textile braid provides maximum tensile strength and stability – even under the harshest conditions down to –40 °C.
For the multipin connectors, RMP419AR connectors with silver-plated contacts are used in male/female configurations. A special audio insert allows clear identification as a speaker multicore, while a screw-on ring on the male side ensures secure extensions. A robust strain relief and transparent heat-shrink tubing for individual labeling complete the fully tour-ready design.
