One of the highlights for us this year has been welcoming Jordan, Nickyle, and Basetsana to the DWR family. They joined us in March and will be spending the year with us, learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience in the industry.

They are currently based in the DWR workshop and have also attended various training courses along the way.

It’s always encouraging to see young people who are eager to learn, ask questions, and get involved. We are proud to be part of their journey and look forward to seeing where it takes them.
