If you live in Cape Town, please join DWR Distribution for various training days to be hosted in 2022 thanks to the generous hospitality of Cape Audio College.

The courses will kick off with Basic Rigging Training at the end of March, and during the year, delegates can look forward to a variety of workshops including DiGiCo, grandMA3, Vectorworks, Waves and Basic Lighting.

“Thank you very much to Rae De Jager and his team at Cape Audio College, for being enthusiastic and opening their doors to us once again,” said Duncan Riley of DWR. “We are grateful to have a venue to make the training possible and can’t wait to meet up with Cape Audio’s students, as well as the theatre, live events and rental markets based in Cape Town. In light of Covid-19, training new ‘up and coming’ industry professionals is key to the future of our industry.”

27-28 June                 Introduction to grandMA3 presented by Jaques Pretorius

12 July                         Waves Training presented by Kyle Robson

26-27 September      Basic Lighting Workshop presented by Michael-Taylor Broderick

4 October                   Introduction to Vectorworks presented by Dylan Jones

Kindly note that workshops are subject to change. While the training will be hosted free of charge, bookings will be essential. The courses are self-catering, and delegates are welcome to make use of the in-house canteen.
