
DWR Distribution officially welcomed Epson to its product portfolio on October 1st with a vibrant launch event that combined expert training, live demonstrations, and engaging activities. The highlight of the day was Epson’s cutting-edge projector technology, which took center stage as guests explored its capabilities and versatility.

Held at DWR Distribution’s premises, the event showcased the impressive Epson HBR range, drawing attention to its flexibility and performance. Attendees had the opportunity to interact with Epson’s team, including Lee Harrison, Head of Video Projector Sales at Epson Middle East, and Izak Brand, Pre-Sales and Technical Specialist at Epson South Africa.

Lee Harrison emphasized the value of Epson’s projector solutions, stating, “Epson projectors continue demonstrating their huge longevity and flexibility. From using Victoria Falls as an iconic backdrop for projection to creative content displayed on buildings or other surfaces, projectors offer unmatched flexibility. Customers can stack multiple projectors to cover any eventuality – from our small compact 20,000 lumens and then stack them as needed. Rather than buying a single expensive 50,000-lumen projector, Epson can deliver two or three compact, easy to use projectors, which can also be used individually for smaller auditoriums or stacked together for a large, seamless image.”

The day began with a comprehensive training session led by Zane Crettan, covering essential topics such as Master Epson Calibration Technology, Perfect Edge Blending and Stacking Techniques, Complete Software Mastery, and Multi-Projector Setup Experience. Zane noted the high level of engagement from attendees, reflecting strong interest in Epson’s advanced capabilities.

The event also marked the beginning of a promising partnership between DWR Distribution and Epson. Harrison shared his enthusiasm, saying, “The relationship between Epson and DWR is fantastic. What we’ve seen today is the start of a long-term relationship. DWR’s tagline; “It’s all about the people”, marries well with the customer engagements that we have seen through DWR. It’s all about the customers and supporting them.”
