Having to navigate the heavy Johannesburg traffic on a daily basis, Elias Tsotestsi is certainly a patient man! He joined DWR in January 2012 and works in the warehouse and as the company driver.
No job is too big or too small, and Elias has spent time in the stores department learning how it operates as well as in the cabling department. During his time at DWR, he has also gained knowledge on lighting. He is a dedicated employee who always has a smile on his face and who endeavours to perform his duties in a professional manner.
A father of three children, two daughters and a son, Elias lives in Vosloorus with his family and he loves spending time with him. He is an avid soccer player and over weekends you will find him gathering interested players to put together a soccer team. He is also a keen runner, participating in 10km marathons.
When asked where does he see himself in the next 5 years, Elias smiled saying that he would like to be promoted from a driver to a more responsible position within the company.
