One is unlikely to find someone more passionate about trussing, safety, installs and sales than Robert Izzett. Rob is a Director at DWR, heads the Sales Department and regularly oversees larger installations.
His many years’ experience in the industry has given Rob both a practical knowledge and excellent product understanding. Before joining DWR in 2008, he worked at Electrosonic South Africa for around eight years. He also has a diploma in sound engineering.
Robert has overseen numerous installs with highlights including the CRC Auditorium, Freedom Park //Hapa Museum, Apartheid Museum and the World of Beer Experience.
When it comes to Prolyte Rigging Training, he has been instrumental in coordinating internationally accredited courses to ensure South Africans have access to safety and rigging standards practiced world-wide.
On a personal note, Robert is an ardent cyclist and he and his family also enjoy the great outdoors whether it’s camping, 4x4ing or joining in on an adventure race. He also makes a great potjie!
