L-Acoustics System & Workflow training in Durban

To those living in KwaZulu Natal, please join Richard Smith for an L-Acoustics System and Workflow course on 24 January from 9 am to 4 pm at the Durban Jewish Club. Please note that this foundational workshop is essential to attend, and pass, should you wish to attend any future L-Acoustics training.

The L-Acoustics System and Workflow training course will help you establish your role in the L-Acoustics ecosystem and align your practice with the latest tools and state-of-the-art workflow.

• Understand the L-Acoustics system approach in the global framework of live sound reproduction
• Know the components of an L-Acoustics system
• Understand the workflow steps of a loudspeaker system project and the associated professional roles
• Know the L-Acoustics tools to use along the project workflow

Prerequisites

• Experience in live sound reproduction
• Technical English

Required equipment

• Computer with a mouse
• Latest version of Soundvision and LA Network Manager installed
• Notepad and pen

The course will be hosted at the Durban Jewish Club, 44 KE Massinga (Old Fort Road), Durban.

The cost is R250 per person. Meals and refreshments for your own account.
