L-Acoustics System & Workflow training, JHB

DWR Distribution’s Richard Smith will kick off 2023 with an L-Acoustics System and Workflow course on 19 January from 9 am to 4 pm in Johannesburg. Please note that delegates must pass this course and receive certification to attend any future L-Acoustics training.

The L-Acoustics System and Workflow training course will help you establish your role in the L-Acoustics ecosystem and align your practice with the latest tools and state-of-the-art workflow.

Learning Objectives

• Understand the L-Acoustics system approach in the global framework of live sound reproduction
• Know the components of an L-Acoustics system
• Understand the workflow steps of a loudspeaker system project and the associated professional roles
• Know the L-Acoustics tools to use along the project workflow

Prerequisites

• Experience in live sound reproduction
• Technical English

Required equipment

• Computer with a mouse
• Latest version of Soundvision and LA Network Manager installed
• Notepad and pen

The course will be hosted at DWR Distribution, Block C, Unit 1, Kimbult Industrial Park, 9 Zeiss Road, Laserpark, Honeydew.

The cost is R250 per person and includes a light lunch and refreshments.
