China – A groundbreaking LED installation has taken centre stage at the Xingfa Group Control Centre Room. The massive screen, developed using Absen NX1.8 LED modules, spans nearly 1,200 square meters—roughly the size of three basketball courts—and is capable of displaying over 300 million pixels with stunning clarity.
Installed at one of China’s top 500 companies, the cutting-edge display is poised to revolutionize production management and operational decision-making for Xingfa Group, a leading name in phosphate manufacturing over the past two decades.

At the heart of the newly upgraded control room, the ultra-fine pixel pitch LED wall delivers an intuitive, comprehensive, and real-time visualization of critical data, icons, images, and location-based information—providing what Xingfa calls “one screen to see the whole picture.”
The Absen NX1.8 LED technology ensures seamless, high-definition image quality and stable, uninterrupted operation, critical for 24/7 industrial environments. Designed with both performance and sustainability in mind, the display also features a dynamic energy-saving mode to maximize electricity efficiency.

The large-format, lightweight LED modules have reduced the required number of units by more than 50% compared to conventional products, while cutting overall weight by over 20%. This dramatically simplifies installation, reduces structural load requirements, and enhances delivery efficiency.
Engineered to meet exacting precision standards, the Absen team achieved a screen flatness tolerance of within 3mm—an impressive feat given the display’s vast scale.
