“My answer to the question is Tom Kerridge,” said Sue. “I’m not sure how well known he would be in South Africa but I like him because despite running a 2 star Michelin restaurant, he’s very down to earth and cooks great “pub food” and describes food as “proper lush” in a West country accent which is brilliant!
