The CRMX Nova TX USB utilizes the de-facto industry standard ENTTEC DMX USB protocol which allows for full compatibility with a vast range of professional consoles and a rich plethora of both paid and free 3rd party software.

Does it do RDM?
No – this product is DMX only.
Can I use it on my iPad with a Lightning to USB converter?
Unfortunately Apple has no built-in support for the USB drivers required. It works really well on a Microsoft Surface though.
What consoles/tools supports it?
The ENTTEC protocol is supported by a vast range of free and paid tools. The most current list can be found on the ENTTEC DMX USB Pro webpage, but we will be compiling our own list of supported consoles and software tools in a near future.
Can I use an external antenna to increase the range?
Only the internal antenna is enabled. If you experience range issues, we recommend using a USB extension cable to achieve better placement.
Can I use several transmitters side by side for multiple universes?
As long as your console supports it – yes. Just keep in mind that for optimum performance two transmitters need to be separated by a minimum of 12 cm.
