Lemhani was born in Zimbabwe and relocated to South Africa in 1989.
He is a father of three, who loves his family and will continue to invest in his children’s future and encourage them to make a success of their lives, this is very important to him.
Lemhani joined the company in August 2014. He is an extremely organised, reliable and a dedicated employee who believes that showing respect towards others is very important. He is a good listener which enables him to gather additional information and look at other methods on how to best implement various skills which assists him in his day-to-day interaction with others. Lemhani can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. He is quick to volunteer assistance when needed to his colleagues. Lemhani says that he performs well when he is presented with a manufacturing challenge.
Lemhani says that the theatre & entertainment industry has afforded him opportunities of travelling to the various provinces and across the borders. Lemhani says the most interesting place he travelled to was the Seychelles. He had never worked in such extreme hot weather before which presented challenges especially when working at height.
Lemhani enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
Lemhani sees himself growing with the company, to continue learning and to share the knowledge he has gained over the years with his colleagues.
When asked what, his fears are – he replies that “his afraid that he would not reach the pinnacle of his career”
