Congratulations to Gearhouse Splitbeam who are celebrating their first birthday.
A clearly proud (and rightly so), Alistair Kilbee, Managing Director of Gearhouse Splitbeam, gave us feedback. “It is truly amazing to me, that in the first year of Splitbeam we have had such great support from so many people in the theatre industry. I had dreamed about starting a theatre-based, rental company for over 15 years now; so to have actually done it and seen it grow so fast is beyond my wildest dreams. Only in South Africa would a company be able to supply lights for this many different shows in their first year. Our market is unique as our shows have short runs giving us the opportunity to work on more productions in a short space of time.
