Old Mutual Jazz Encounter
dB Audio took delivery of 12 Robin 300LED fixtures in October 2011.
David Benade, Managing Member at dB Audio comments, “In our significantly girl powered company, the 300s became an immediate hit owning to their comfortable size and weight.”
The 300s jumped into action at the 2011 Old Mutual Jazz Encounter as eye candy on a circular truss which framed the centre LED display. “We had to run them at ridiculously low intensity so as not to blind the audience,” laughs David. “The small size, light weight, high output and formidable zoom makes the 300 perfect four our predominantly small venues with low roofs here in Namibia.”
